Who we are
Quantum Villas is the copyright commercial name of the parent company Erial Urbanitas S.L with head office address in Calle Santos Zarate 4 Almeria 04004, (CIF B-04551677). Erial Urbanitas is a sister company of Los Lobos Desarrollos Inmobiliarios S.L. (Quantum Apartments).

Quantum Villa's main objective is not only to build great homes in great location, but also to produce a long-term high quality lifestyle for all our clients.

When were we formed
We have a wide range of experience in building and managing projects in the Granada, Almeria and Murcia provinces. We have built apartments, villas, duplexes and private urbanizations and civil work. The professionals making up this team have a wide variety of experience gained from the various different projects undertaken together in the last 7 years.
